It's wild to look back at my life before I came into a relationship with Jesus. My life has truly been transformed and will continue to be. My heart's desire is for others to experience what I have experienced and be able to look back on their lives with this same feeling of WOW, where would I be today without God? He is SO amazing!

 

With that desire in my heart, the thoughts of how can I share Jesus with others more often came to mind from time to time. In many cases, you only get very short moments with people in your everyday life. How can I share everything I want to say in those brief encounters? I live my life loving God and hope that how I live draws people to want to know Him. I share with people how God has transformed my life on a one-on-one basis when I feel like what I have to say could make an impact. When led by God, I share prophetic insight about people's lives with them or pray for healing, revealing an active God that loves them. These are all powerful ways of sharing Jesus with people, and I will continue to do these things, but how can I share Jesus with more people more often? My heart's desire is to reach as many people as possible and let them know just how much God loves them and how He has been waiting and desiring for them to say yes to Him and His involvement in their lives.

 

The Bible says that God gives us the desires of our heart. This verse is 2-fold. God helps bring about what we desire in our hearts, and He is also the one who puts that desire there! So, with that desire sitting in my heart, just waiting patiently, God started to move on that and bring forth a plan.

 

The Good News Project came to me when I was daydreaming with God in prayer. The idea, the structure, what to put in it, how to build it out, the whole thing came to me; it was a download from God. The even more incredible thing is that it was an idea that other people could use to do the same thing! God always gives us more than we can ask or imagine!

 

The good news project website can help empower people to share the good news. It will also help answer common questions that new believers or those thinking about giving their life to Jesus may have. All the people who join this project and I need to do is tell people about Jesus and lead people to the website. The Holy Spirit is involved in this as well, we are sharing, and the Holy Spirit is doing the rest.
